Sustainable Weight-Loss & Holistic Nutrition

Happy Thursday Everyone!

I've had the privilege of working with so many amazing women that have chosen to put themselves first and work on their health goals. The most popular health goals lately has been sustainable weight-loss. Prior to joining Turnip the Beets, these clients have often tried several diets or weight-loss programs that include counting calories, excessive exercise, point systems and boring meals. These strategies are NOT sustainable and more often than not, the weight starts to creep back after the diet plans have come to an end.

My strategy as a Holistic Nutritionist is to work with you to develop a plan that works within your lifestyle, that's enjoyable, easy, sustainable, effective and that can also be used to support your family's optimal health.

The focus is put towards supporting you to feel like the best version of yourself rather than on the weight.

Determining the root cause of the weight gain is an extremely important! Together we explore your health history and your food intake in addition to looking at your digestive health, hormonal balance, stress levels, possible nutrient deficiencies and more to understand where the imbalances in the body are. Once we have the whole picture, we then use natural supplementation, delicious foods that are specific to your body’s needs along with specific recipes and lifestyle support to help you reach your goals. We ultimately want to focus on you feeling your best!

It’s fun, it’s sustainable and the recommendations work for you AND your family. If your weight is something you’ve been struggling with and want to try a more natural approach and sustainable approach, feel free to message me to schedule a FREE 15-min consult or click here. I’d love to hear about your journey and how we can work together to get you sustainable results.

Have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend and stay healthy!
